Martin Addo is the former “Mr. Ghana” bodybuilding champion profiled in the New York Times for his work in restoring the lives of seniors in the Wall Street area of Southbridge Towers residential facility in New York City.
He is a master trainer, healer, massage therapist, and humanitarian. He founded the Addo Foundation Inc. which was originally established to empower disadvantaged women in Africa especially his native Ghana, and the U.S. to provide them with the tools they need to achieve a healthy lifestyle and well-being.
Our online PRIVATE, PERSONAL and BUDDY training sessions are conducted live via Zoom Conference and facilitated by:
Martin Addo, Monifa Maat and our ADD-MO Fitness Team of certified fitness trainers.
